If you have issues, we find this is typically due to trying to change dates. Please make sure you are clicking the "modify" button to make corrections to your dates and that should resolve the problem

  

Please note, it can take up to 48 hrs to confirm the booking. If the room requested is not available we will offer an alternative to the guest and reach out to them.

 

Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within 30 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees.
