The National Brotherhood of Snowsports mission is… “To identify, develop and support athletes of color who will win International and Olympic winter sports competitions representing the United States and to increase participation in winter sports”.

For the past 50 years, we have been the world’s largest Snowsports organization, exposing people of color to winter sports. It is our continued goal to expose people, especially people of color, to the vast outdoors and Snowsports.

The National Brotherhood of Snowsports has always opened our membership to all races, religions, gender, sexual orientation, or any other identifying attributes. We know the value that individuals bring to the world, and we realize we are a much better society when we include and value the contributions of everyone.

Inclusion is critical for the perpetual existence of our world and the outdoors, therefore, providing equal access to opportunities and resources will empower all and foster new intellectual insight, growth, and the answers we cannot develop individually.

The National Brotherhood of Snowsports will continue to partner with industry organizations and be that resource to help guide extremely critical questions and decisions that bring about equity in the outdoors and throughout a closed, non-inclusive industry.

We believe we are on the precipice of change, change that must be made by the Snowsports industry. The National Brotherhood of Snowsporrts will assist and help facilitate this change, but it must start and be implemented by the Snowsports industry.

We welcome, support and promote all dialogue and actions that will foster the inclusive and equitable solutions that will bring about diversity in Snowsports and the outdoors.
