Rowmark Story - Rowland Hall

Rowmark Ski Academy Program | Rowland Hall

At age 14, Tallulah is an Alpine ski racer. She has been skiing for 11 years since the age of 3 and competing for 7 years.

Read the words of Tallulah, “Ever since I was little, I’ve loved skiing. I would eagerly wait for my parents to help me with my ski boots, take the chairlift up, and then spend the remainder of the day ripping the slopes and sipping hot chocolate.

Once I switched to racing, my passion for the sport and the joy of it has remained unchanged. Every day that I go out and ski, I come back feeling accomplished and thankful that I have such great opportunities in my life. The NBS OSF scholarship not only reinforce and fuel my passion for ski racing, but also provide even more opportunities to excel and improve myself as both a racer and a person in the future. In addition, I will be able to pursue my goals of making the US Ski Team and become a role model in the future for skiers just like me. I’ve always found people to look up to and aspire to be, such as Gabby Douglas, Misty Copeland, and many others. I want to be someone like that for other ski racers to admire and be able to relate to.”

For the 2021-2022 Ski season, Tallulah spent 170 days training in the United States and Europe.
