Executive Chef Damaris Davis has more than 37 years of culinary knowledge. He began his journey at the age of 14, taking on a minor role at a local fish & chowder house. Within two years he was the youngest assistant manager in franchise history. He continued his education and honed his craft over the next 19+ years under the tutelage of four amazing Chefs. Chef Ahmed Abdallah - New York, Chef Neil Davis - Colorado, Chef, Chef Sharon Khan – Egypt, and Chef Sebastian Goullet. These four great minds contributed a wealth of culinary knowledge including an extensive comprehension of Italian, Mediterranean, and Cajun/Creole cuisines, and well as more than 18 years as a smokehouse Pitmaster. Chef Davis is currently a senior level Executive Chef for Vail Resorts at The Keystone Conference Center.
